Lovely Place in Capiz

Capiz is a small province found in the heart of the Philippines. It is one of the progressing province in the country with great potentials when it comes to tourism industry. The place is also considered to be the seafood capital of the Visayas because of its abundance in natural resources harvested from the surrounding bodies of water. Some of the popular seafood in the province is its popular oysters and angel wings which are both known in the place is "talaba" and "diwal." They actually made a festival out of this popular sea creatures which is usually celebrate in later part of the year as part of Capiz food festival. Aside from this rich natural resources of the province and its cultural heritage, the place is also known for some unique and untouched tourists destinations that a lot of tourists where lured to stay for good. Some of them are the following places in the province: a. Olotoyan Island - This is one of the island in the province as part of Roxas City's best places to go. It blue waters and white sands causes the places to be a great place for trippers to have their diving and jet skiing. The place is one of the highly promoted place of Capiz. b. Suot - This is an interconnected caves found in Dumalag, Capiz which is very popular for cave explorers out there. These are just few of the places where you can consider visiting. Visit the place, it will only took you about 4 hours from Manila to reach it. |
